SAVE OUR GAS STOVES ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Rutherford). Pursuant to House
Resolution 495 and rule XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union for the further
consideration of the bill, H.R. 1640.
Will the gentlewoman from New York (Ms. Malliotakis) kindly take the

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 1640) to prohibit the Secretary of Energy from
finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule titled
``Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for
Consumer Conventional Cooking Products'', and for other purposes, with
Ms. Malliotakis (Acting Chair) in the chair.

in part D of House Report 118-108 offered by the gentleman from New
