Judge. Had I been present for the vote, I would have voted yea.
  Mr. President, I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 134, 
Motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 45. Had I been present for the vote, I 
would have voted nay.
  Mr. President, I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 135. 
Had I been present for the vote, I would have voted nay. Joint 
Resolution, H.J. Res. 45, forces Federal student loan borrowers across 
Colorado to repay payments and interest and retroactively disqualify 
months of credit towards Public Service Loan Forgiveness and Income-
Driven Repayment Forgiveness Programs.
