So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Ms. SPANBERGER. Madam Speaker, I inadvertently voted ``nay'' on
rollcall No. 235 on Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass, as amended
H.R. 1669, VET-TEC Authorization Act. I meant to vote ``yea.''
Mrs. NAPOLITANO. Madam Speaker, I was absent for votes due to testing
positive for COVID-19. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay''
on rollcall No. 233, ``nay'' on rollcall No. 234 and ``yea`` on
rollcall No. 235.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Mr. OGLES. Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably detained. Had I been
present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 233, ``yea'' on
rollcall No. 234, and ``yea'' on rollcall No. 235.
