ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY RELATING TO ``CONTROL OF AIR POLLUTION
FROM NEW MOTOR VEHICLES: HEAVY-DUTY ENGINE AND VEHICLE STANDARDS''
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the joint resolution
(S.J. Res. 11) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8
of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Environmental Protection Agency relating to ``Control of Air Pollution
From New Motor Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards'', on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
