FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER SERVICE WEAPON PURCHASE ACT

XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 3091) to allow Federal law enforcement officers to
purchase retired service weapons, and for other purposes, with Mr.
Smith of Nebraska (Acting Chair) in the chair.

The ACTING Chair. When the Committee of the Whole rose earlier today,
a request for a recorded vote on amendment No. 4, printed in part B of
House Report 118-59 offered by the gentleman from Montana (Mr.
Rosendale), had been postponed.
