                   ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, MAY 11, 2023

  Mr. BENNET. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. 
on Thursday, May 11; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and morning business be closed; that following the conclusion of 
morning business, the Senate proceed to the en bloc consideration of 
Calendar No. 61, S.J. Res. 23, Calendar No. 62, S.J. Res. 24; that 
notwithstanding Rule XXII at 11 a.m., the joint resolutions be 
considered read a third time en bloc and the Senate vote on passage of 
the joint resolutions in the order listed; further, upon disposition of 
the joint resolutions, the Senate proceed to executive session to 
resume consideration of the Garcia nomination and then immediately 
recess subject to the call of the Chair; that when the Senate 
reconvenes, there will be 2 minutes for debate, equally divided, prior 
to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. BENNET. Madam President, for the information of the Senate, there 
will be two rollcall votes at 11 a.m. and one vote at approximately 
1:45 p.m.
