 SUPPORTING THE GOALS AND IDEALS OF COUNTERING INTERNATIONAL PARENTAL 
                         CHILD ABDUCTION MONTH

  Mr. BENNET. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 56, S. Res. 115.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 115) supporting the goals and ideals 
     of ``Countering International Parental Child Abduction 
     Month'' and expressing the sense of the Senate that Congress 
     should raise awareness of the harm caused by international 
     parental child abduction.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. BENNET. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
