Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when
the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 12
noon on Thursday, April 27; that following the prayer and pledge, the
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later
in the day, and morning business be closed; that following the
conclusion of morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the
motion to proceed to Calendar No. 3, S.J. Res. 4; that the cloture
motions filed during yesterday's session ripen at 12:30 p.m.

Mr. WHITEHOUSE. For the information of the Senate, there will be two
rollcall votes starting at approximately 12:30 p.m.
