  AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO MAKE CORRECTIONS IN ENGROSSMENT OF H.R. 1, 
                         LOWER ENERGY COSTS ACT

  Mr. WESTERMAN. Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Clerk 
be authorized to make technical corrections in the engrossment of H.R. 
1, to include corrections in spelling, punctuation, section numbering 
and cross-referencing, and the insertion of appropriate headings.

request of the gentleman from Arkansas?
