PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1, LOWER ENERGY COSTS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on ordering the previous question on
the resolution (H. Res. 260) providing for consideration of the bill
(H.R. 1) to lower energy costs by increasing American energy
production, exports, infrastructure, and critical minerals processing,
by promoting transparency, accountability, permitting, and production
of American resources, and by improving water quality certification and
energy projects, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays
were ordered.
