  So the amendment was rejected.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
  Stated against:
Mr. FOSTER. Mr. Chair, on rollcall No. 138 for H.R. 140, I mistakenly
recorded my vote as ``aye''. As a strong supporter of unions, I oppose
the Perry/Foxx amendment, and I intended to vote ``no.''

Amendment No. 6 Offered by Ms. Jackson Lee

The Acting CHAIR. The unfinished business is the demand for a
recorded vote on the amendment offered by the gentlewoman from Texas
(Ms. Jackson Lee) on which further proceedings were postponed and on
which the noes prevailed by voice vote.
The Clerk will redesignate the amendment.
