Messrs. SORENSEN, DAVIDSON, EVANS, AGUILAR, BABIN, PAYNE, DUNCAN,
PETERS, VEASEY, KEATING, VAN DREW, and NADLER changed their vote from
``yea'' to ``nay.''
Messrs. CARSON, DOGGETT, Ms. TLAIB, Messrs. GARCIA of Illinois, and
THANEDAR changed their vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So the resolution was not agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated against:
Mr. LARSON of Connecticut. Mr. Speaker, I regrettably missed the vote
on H. Con. Res. 21. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on
rollcall No. 136.
Mr. LOUDERMILK. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably delayed outside of the
Chamber. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on rollcall No.
136.
