UNDERSTANDING CYBERSECURITY OF MOBILE NETWORKS ACT
The SPEAKER. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the unfinished business
is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R.
1123) to direct the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications
and Information to submit to Congress a report examining the
cybersecurity of mobile service networks, and for other purposes, as
amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman
from Ohio (Mr. Latta) that the House suspend the rules and pass the
bill, as amended.
This is a 5-minute vote.

the bill, as amended, was passed.

Ms. SCHRIER. Mr. Speaker, due to illness, I was unable to be present
today. Had I been present, I would have voted: ``yea'' on rollcall No.
