 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--READING OF WASHINGTON'S FAREWELL ADDRESS

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
notwithstanding the order of the Senate of January 24, 1901, the 
traditional reading of Washington's Farewell Address take place on 
Monday, February 27, 2023, immediately following the prayer and 
reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States 
of America.
