  Mr. PETERS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
vote on confirmation of the Rumbaugh nomination at 12:15 p.m. today; 
that if confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table; that the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action; finally, that following the vote, the Senate recess 
until 2:15 p.m.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Is there objection?

  Mr. PETERS. Mr. President, for the information of Senators, in 
addition to the 12:15 p.m. vote, we expect a rollcall vote on going to 
the omnibus message at approximately 2:30 p.m. today.
