                            VOTE EXPLANATION

  Ms. WARREN. Mr. President, had there been a recorded vote, I would 
have voted no on the confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 1109, 
Candace A. Bond, of Missouri, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and 
Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of 
Trinidad and Tobago.
  Had there been a recorded vote, I would have voted no on the 
confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 1108, Shefali Razdan Duggal, of 
California, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the 
United States of America to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
  Had there been a recorded vote, I would have voted no on the 
confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 2455, Bijan Sabet, of 
Massachusetts, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of 
the United States of America to the Czech Republic.
