BLACKWATER TRADING POST LAND TRANSFER ACT
Mr. SCHATZ. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 59, H.R. 478.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 478) to direct the Secretary of the Interior
to take certain land located in Pinal County, Arizona, into
trust for the benefit of the Gila River Indian Community, and
for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
