ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2022
Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, finally, I ask unanimous consent that
when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m.
on Wednesday, December 14, and that following the prayer and pledge,
the morning hour be deemed expired, the

Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two
leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning
business be closed, that upon the conclusion of morning business, the
Senate proceed to consideration of Calendar No. 640, S.J. Res. 60;
further, that at 12 noon, the joint resolution be considered read a
third time and the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution; that
upon disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate proceed to
executive session for consideration of executive Calendar No. 1053,
Francisco Mora, that the Senate vote on confirmation of the Mora
nomination at 5 p.m.; finally, if any nominations are confirmed during
Wednesday's session, the motions to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the
Senate's action.
