At 11:17 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has
passed the following bill, without amendment:
S. 314. An act to repeal the Klamath Tribe Judgment Fund
Act.
The message also announced that the House has passed the following
bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate:
H.R. 2551. An act to designate and adjust certain lands in
the State of Utah as components of the National Wilderness
Preservation System, and for other purposes.
H.R. 5715. An act to reauthorize the Morris K. Udall and
Stewart L. Udall Trust Fund, and for other purposes.
H.R. 5949. An act to designate the facility of the United
States Postal Service located at 615 North Bush Street, in

to install a plaque at the peak of Ram Head in the Virgin
Islands National Park on St. John, United States Virgin

S. 1466. An act to authorize the Director of the United
States Geological Survey to establish a regional program to
assess, monitor, and benefit the hydrology of saline lakes in
the Great Basin and the migratory birds and other wildlife
dependent on those habitats, and for other purposes.

At 3:09 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered
by Mrs. Alli, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House
agreed to the amendment of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 7535) to
encourage the migration of Federal Government information technology
systems to quantum-resistant cryptography, and for other purposes.

At 4:26 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered
by Mrs. Alli, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House
agreed to the amendment of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 7776) to
provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United
States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and
related resources, and for other purposes, with an amendment, in which
it requests the concurrence of the Senate.
The message also announced that the House has agreed to the following
concurrent resolution, in which it requests the concurrence of the
Senate:
H. Con. Res. 121. Concurrent resolution directing the Clerk
of the House of Representatives to make a correction in the
enrollment of the bill H.R. 7776.
