1196, Peter D. Leary, of Georgia, to be United States Attorney for the 
Middle District of Georgia for the term of four years; No. 1197, McLain 
J. Schneider, of North Dakota, to be United States Attorney for the 
District of North Dakota for the term of four years; No. 1199, David C. 
Davis, of Illinois, to be United States Marshal for the Southern 
District of Illinois for the term of four years; No. 1251, Terry J. 
Burgin, of North Carolina, to be United States Marshal for the Western 
District of North Carolina for the term of four years; and No. 1252, 
Glenn M. McNeill, Jr., of North Carolina, to be United States Marshal
