                      SAFE CONNECTIONS ACT OF 2022

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 7132, which was received 
from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 7132) to preserve safe access to 
     communications services for survivors of domestic violence 
     and other crimes, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I further ask that the bill be considered read a third 
time and passed, and the motion to reconsider be considered made and 
laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.

third time, and passed.
