ADJUSTING THE SPECIAL RESERVE PERCENTAGE AVAILABLE TO COMMITTEES OF THE 
                                 SENATE

  Ms. HASSAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to S. Res. 834, which was submitted earlier today.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 834), adjusting the special reserve 
     percentage available to committees of the Senate.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Ms. HASSAN. I further ask unanimous consent that the resolution be 
agreed to and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 834) was agreed to.
