   PROVIDING RESOURCES, OFFICERS, AND TECHNOLOGY TO ERADICATE CYBER 
                  THREATS TO OUR CHILDREN ACT OF 2022

  Ms. HASSAN. I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the 
Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of S. 4834 and the 
Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (S. 4834) to reauthorize the National Internet 
     Crimes Against Children Task Force Program.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,

     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

       This Act may be cited as the ``Providing Resources, 
     Officers, and Technology to Eradicate Cyber Threats to Our 
     Children Act of 2022'' or the ``PROTECT Our Children Act of 
     2022''.

     SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION.

       Section 107(a)(10) of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 
     (34 U.S.C. 21117(a)(10)) is amended by striking ``2022'' and 
     inserting ``2024''.
