AMENDING THE HARMONIZED TARIFF SCHEDULE OF THE UNITED STATES TO SUSPEND 
  TEMPORARILY RATES OF DUTY ON IMPORTS OF CERTAIN INFANT FORMULA BASE 
POWDER USED IN THE MANUFACTURING OF INFANT FORMULA IN THE UNITED STATES

  Ms. STABENOW. Mr. President, as if in legislative session, I ask 
unanimous consent that the Senate execute the order with respect to 
H.R. 8982.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Under the previous order, H.R. 8982, having been received from the 
House and the text of the bill being identical to the text of the 
introduced bill, the bill is considered read a third time.
