MERGER FILING FEE MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2022
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the bill (H.R. 3843) to
promote antitrust enforcement and protect competition through adjusting
premerger filing fees, and increasing antitrust enforcement resources,
on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
