Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 7698, which was received
from the House and is at the desk.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 7698) to designate the outpatient clinic of
the Department of Veterans Affairs in Ventura, California, as
the ``Captain Rosemary Bryant Mariner Outpatient Clinic''.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
