  EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE DESIGNATION OF THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 19 
          THROUGH SEPTEMBER 25, 2022, AS ``RAIL SAFETY WEEK''

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 798, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 798) expressing support for the 
     designation of the week of September 19 through September 25, 
     2022, as ``Rail Safety Week'' in the United States and 
     supporting the goals and ideals of Rail Safety Week to reduce 
     rail-related accidents, fatalities, and injuries.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate.
