      VETERANS' COMPENSATION COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENT ACT OF 2022

  Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 7846, which was 
received from the House.

  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 7846) to increase, effective as of December 1, 
     2022, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-
     connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and 
     indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled 
     veterans, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill 
be considered read a third time.
