        RUSSIA AND BELARUS SDR EXCHANGE PROHIBITION ACT OF 2022

  Mr. SANDERS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 452, H.R. 6899.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 6899) to prohibit the Secretary of the 
     Treasury from engaging in transactions involving the exchange 
     of Special Drawing Rights issued by the International 
     Monetary Fund that are held by the Russian Federation or 
     Belarus.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, 
which had been reported from the Committee on Foreign Relations.
  Mr. SANDERS. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read 
a third time and passed and that the motion to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
