                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that,
notwithstanding rule XXII, the Senate consider the following
nominations en bloc: Calendar Nos. 1120 and 1059; that the Senate vote
on the nominations en bloc without intervening action or debate; that
the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table;
and that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the en bloc
nominations of Randy W. Berry, of Colorado, a Career Member of the
Senior Foreign Service, Class of Career Minister, to be Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to
the Republic of Namibia; and Robert A. Wood, of New York, to be
Alternate Representative of the United States of America for Special
Political Affairs in the United Nations, with the rank of Ambassador?
  The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
