WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2021
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Ms. Jackson Lee). Pursuant to House
Resolution 1339 and rule XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union for the further
consideration of the bill, H.R. 2988.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 2988) to amend title 5, United States Code, to modify
and enhance protections for Federal Government whistleblowers, and for
other purposes, with Ms. Plaskett (Acting Chair) in the chair.

September 14, 2022, a request for a recorded vote on amendments en bloc
printed in part C of House Report 117-464 offered by the gentlewoman
