                ENSURING A FAIR AND ACCURATE CENSUS ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1339 and rule 
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House 
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill, 
H.R. 8326.

  Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the 
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of 
the bill (H.R. 8326) to amend title 13, United States Code, to improve 
the operations of the Bureau of the Census, and for other purposes, 
with Mr. Sablan (Acting Chair) in the chair.

Wednesday, September 14, 2022, a request for a recorded vote on 
amendment No. 2 printed in part E of House Report 117-464 offered by
