  Ms. MALLIOTAKIS. Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to remove the 
gentlewoman from New York (Miss Rice) and the gentleman from New Jersey 
(Mr. Smith) as cosponsors of H.R. 1642.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Ms. Jacobs of California). Is there 
objection to the request of the gentlewoman from New York?
