  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate

proceed to consideration of S. Res. 743, submitted earlier today.

       A resolution (S. Res. 743) congratulating the Colorado 
     Avalanche on winning the 2022 Stanley Cup Final.
