        PPP AND BANK FRAUD ENFORCEMENT HARMONIZATION ACT OF 2022

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship be discharged from 
further consideration of H.R. 7352 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 7352) to amend the Small Business Act to 
     extend the statute of limitation for fraud by borrowers under 
     the Paycheck Protection Program, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I further ask that the bill be 
considered read a third time.

  The bill was ordered to a third reading and was read the third time.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I know of no further debate on the 
bill.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. If there is no further debate on the bill, the

  The bill (H.R. 7352) was passed.
