  SA 5137. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 4346, 
making appropriations for Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2022, and for other purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following:

     SEC. EFFECTIVE DATE.

       This Act shall take effect on the date that is 2 days after 
     the date of enactment of this Act.
