  Ms. CANTWELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
vote on the confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 968, the nomination 
of Julianna Childs, under the previous order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
begin consideration of the nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Julianna Michelle 
Childs, of South Carolina, to be United States Circuit Judge for the 
District of Columbia Circuit.
