                   ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2022

  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., 
Thursday, June 23, and that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of 
morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume 
consideration of the motion to discharge the Clarke nomination; 
further, that at 11 a.m., the Senate vote on the motion to discharge 
the Clarke nomination; that upon the disposition of the motion, the 
Senate resume legislative session to resume consideration of the House 
message to accompany S. 2938 and vote on the motion to invoke cloture 
on the motion to concur in the House amendment with amendment No. 5099.
