S. 4363. A bill to require commissary and exchange stores in the
United States that offer gasoline for commercial sale to offer the sale
of at least one fuel that contains not less than 13 percent ethanol; to
the Committee on Armed Services.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Armed Forces Fuel Choice Act
of 2022''.
SEC. 2. FUEL CHOICE AT COMMISSARY AND EXCHANGE STORES.
(a) In General.--Except as provided by subsection (b), each
commissary or exchange store located on a military
installation in the United States or any territory or
possession of the United States that offers gasoline for
commercial sale shall offer the sale of at least one fuel
that contains not less than 13 percent ethanol not later than
January 1, 2024.
(b) Exception for Gas Stations Requiring New Storage
Tanks.--A commissary or exchange store described in
subsection (a) that requires the replacement of an
underground storage tank to offer for sale fuel described in
that subsection shall offer the sale of at least one such
fuel not later than January 1, 2025.
