VA ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD TRANSPARENCY ACT OF 2021
Mr. CARDIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee
on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration of H.R.
4591 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 4591) to direct the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to submit to Congress periodic reports on the costs,
performance metrics, and outcomes of the Department of
Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization
program.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
