MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--H.R. 3807, H.R. 3967, AND H.R. 6833
Mr. BLUMENTHAL. Madam President, I understand there are three bills
at the desk, and I ask for their first reading en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title for the
first time.

The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 3807) to amend the American Rescue Plan Act of
2021 to increase appropriations to the Restaurant
Revitalization Fund, and for other purposes.
A bill (H.R. 3967) to improve health care and benefits for
veterans exposed to toxic substances, and for other purposes.
A bill (H.R. 6833) to amend title XXVII of the Public
Health Service Act, the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and
the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to
establish requirements with respect to cost-sharing for
certain insulin products, and for other purposes.
Mr. BLUMENTHAL. I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my
own request, all en bloc.
