  Mr. BLUMENTHAL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
confirmation votes on the Padin and Sweeney nominations be at 11 a.m. 
tomorrow, May 25; further, that the remaining cloture votes for the 
motions filed during Wednesday's session of the Senate occur after 
disposition of the Sweeney nomination.
