  SA 5036. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 5035 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the bill H.R. 7691, making emergency 
supplemental appropriations for assistance for the situation in Ukraine 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes; 
as follows:

        On page 1, line 3, strike ``1 day'' and insert ``2 days''.
