  SA 5035. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 7691, 
making emergency supplemental appropriations for assistance for the 
situation in Ukraine for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and 
for other purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following:

     SEC. __. EFFECTIVE DATE.

       This Act shall take effect on the date that is 1 day after 
     the date of enactment of this Act.
