                   HOMELAND SECURITY FOR CHILDREN ACT

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 351, H.R. 4426.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

       A bill (H.R. 4426) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to ensure that the needs of children are considered in 
     homeland security planning, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

a third time and passed and that the motion to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table.
