     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     do hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination 
     of executive Calendar No. 687, Elizabeth Schoff Watson, of 
     Maryland, to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor.
