                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

  Mrs. GILLIBRAND. Mr. President, I ask to be recognized 
notwithstanding the order that no business be conducted during today's 
pro forma session.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
  Mrs. GILLIBRAND. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the pro 
forma session scheduled for 4 p.m. on April 18, 2022, now be scheduled 
to occur at 12:30 p.m. on April 18; and the pro forma scheduled for 
noon on April 21, 2022, now be scheduled to occur at 8:45 a.m. on April 
21.
