EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
Mr. MURPHY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to executive session to consider the following nominations en
bloc: Calendar Nos. 706, 765, 766, 767, and 770; that the Senate vote
on the nominations en bloc without intervening action or debate; that
the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table;
that any statements related to the nominations be printed in the
Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's
action and the Senate resume legislative session.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
nominations en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the nominations of Jed David Kolko, of California, to be

District of Columbia, to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce and
Director General of the United States and Foreign Commercial Service;
Mohsin Raza Syed, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of
Transportation; Grant T. Harris, of California, to be an Assistant
Secretary of Commerce; and Laurie E. Locascio, of Maryland, to be Under
Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology en bloc?
The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
