                     SHADOW WOLVES ENHANCEMENT ACT

  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 5681, which was 
received by the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5681) to authorize the reclassification of the 
     tactical enforcement officers (commonly known as the ``Shadow 
     Wolves'') in the Homeland Security Investigations tactical 
     patrol unit operating on the lands of the Tohono O'odham 
     Nation as special agents, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
bill be considered read a third time and passed and the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
