                  SAVE THE LIBERTY THEATRE ACT OF 2021

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 309, H.R. 3197.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 3197) to direct the Secretary of the Interior 
     to convey to the City of Eunice, Louisiana, certain Federal 
     land in Louisiana, and for other purposes.
